This Privacy Policy explains how White Banger Tech Pvt Ltd ("White Banger", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you interact with us — as a student, applicant, staff member, teacher, parent/guardian, or website visitor — including through our admissions forms, ERP/student portal, and WhatsApp Business communications.

Information We Collect

Depending on your relationship with us, we may collect:

• Identity & contact details: name, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, nationality, category, marital status, address.
• Admission & academic information: course of interest, prior qualification, school/college name, enrollment and course details, attendance, exam results, certificates.
• Government ID & educational documents: Aadhaar number, and photos/scans of your Aadhaar card, 10th certificate, 12th certificate, and graduation certificate, submitted voluntarily during admission or profile completion.
• Parent/guardian information: father's/mother's name and contact number, where applicable.
• Fee & payment information: fee amounts, payment status, and transaction references for invoicing (we do not store full card or bank details — payments are processed via UPI/third-party payment rails).
• Staff/teacher information: for onboarding applicants — employment history, qualifications, bank details for payroll, and identity documents submitted with your application.
• Communication data: messages exchanged with us over WhatsApp, including for login verification (OTP), admission updates, fee reminders, and support.

How We Use Your Information

• To process admission applications and manage enrollment.
• To verify your identity when logging into our student/staff portal (via WhatsApp OTP).
• To communicate admission status, fee reminders, exam results, certificates, and other academic or administrative updates.
• To review and verify submitted documents (Aadhaar, educational certificates) as part of admission processing.
• To process staff/teacher onboarding applications and, upon approval, manage employment records.
• To maintain institutional records and backups for continuity and regulatory purposes.

WhatsApp Business Communications

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta) to send you login verification codes (OTP), admission and fee notifications, document upload links, and to respond to enquiries you send us. Messages sent through this channel are subject to Meta's own WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Privacy Policy, in addition to this policy.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform — solely to deliver the messages described above.
• Payment processors (e.g. UPI) — solely to process fee payments you initiate.
• Internal backup systems (e.g. a private Google Sheets record) — used only for institutional record-keeping and business continuity, accessible only to authorized staff.
• Government or regulatory authorities, where required by law.

Data Retention

We retain student and staff records for as long as necessary to fulfil academic, administrative, and legal record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion or correction of your data as described below, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

Data Security

We restrict access to personal data to authorized staff based on their role, and apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask questions about how it is used, by contacting us using the details below.

Children's Information

As an educational institute, we process information relating to students who may be minors, which is provided and consented to by a parent or guardian as part of the admission process.
