White Banger
Last updated: 24 August 2026
Once a student has taken admission and paid the course fee to White Banger Tech Private Limited ("White Banger", "we", "us"), the fee is strictly non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:
If a student takes admission and pays the course fee, but does not attend any class of that course at any point, White Banger may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider issuing a refund. This is not automatic or guaranteed — it requires the student to raise a request, and approval is entirely at the institute's discretion.
Even if approved under this exception, only 70% of the amount paid will be refunded. The remaining 30% is retained by White Banger as a non-refundable admission and processing charge, and will not be waived under any circumstance.
Outside of the single exception described in Section 2, White Banger does not provide refunds under any circumstances, whether partial or full. Attending even one class of a course, however brief, permanently disqualifies that enrollment from any refund consideration.
Refund requests (only applicable under Section 2) must be submitted in writing to the institute, stating the student's name, admission/student ID, course, and reason. Requests are reviewed by management and a decision — approval or denial — is communicated directly to the student. If approved, the 70% refund is processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe communicated at the time of approval.
At White Banger's discretion, a student may request to transfer their remaining course fee toward a different course or batch instead of a refund. This is handled on a case-by-case basis and is not a right the student is automatically entitled to.
